Ballet Dance Classes
Class Description
Ballet/Jazz:
These classes are offered to age 3&4 and 5&6 year olds and are ideal for the beginner dancer. Students are taught the basics of ballet and jazz while using fun props to keep the young dancer interested.
Ballet Pointe:
Students must be in Grade 4 or higher and recommended by their ballet teacher to enrol, 1st time pointe, students will need a doctor's exam and certificate. Classes will start on demi-pointe in September.
Ballet:
R.A.D. (Royal Academy of Dance) Syllabus. Ballet Primary and Gr. 1 attend 1 class/ week. Ballet Gr. 2 and up are required to take 2 classes/ week. Each Grade may take up to 2 years to complete.

Ballet/Jazz:
Hair off the face in a ponytail or bun
NO EXTRAS: including skirts, tutus, jewellery, gum, toys etc. These items only serve as a distraction.

- Pink Ballet Slippers
5&6 Years
- Lilac MONDOR Bodysuit & tights
- Pink ballet slippers
Ballet:
Hair in sleek bun (hairnet required)
Primary to Grade 5
- Navy Blue tank MONDOR bodysuit
- "Ballerina pink" MONDOR tights (no holes)
- Pink ballet slippers (Full Sole Primary - Gr 3)
- Skirts & dance shorts are permitted.
Dress Code Shown on the right.
Grade 6
- Black tank MONDOR bodysuit
- "Ballerina pink" MONDOR tights (no holes)
- Pink ballet slippers (Split Sole)
- Skirts & dance shorts are permitted.
Dress Code Shown on the right.
Boys:
Hair must not cover eyes
- White t-shirt or tank top, black shorts or pants, black ballet slippers.
