Conditioning

Class Description
Dancers will learn to improve flexibility, muscle tone, and stamina with dance specific stretches and exercises. Students must be at least 7 years old. Conditioning is FREE for competitive dancers, and is STRONGLY recommended.
Dress Code
Hair off the face- in a ponytail or bun
- Any colour/style of dance/workout wear and INDOOR runners.
- Please bring your own mat for stretching.
